You should use www.holosfitness.com if you are looking for new workouts or tracking your fitness. I just found out about the site and I think its pretty new, but its free and helpful.

Ugh, running! I give you a lot of credit. I WANT to run for the euphoric feeling I see it gives my husband and so many others, but I feel like I have too much weight yet to do it without hurting myself :) Instead, I walk - as fast as I can.
